This is a divorce suit.
The defendant, Whitfield Beard, has appealed from a decree rendered against him wherein the bonds of matrimony subsisting between the complainant and defendant were dissolved. The Chancellor also held that complainant was entitled to a homestead in certain real estate described in the bill and commissioners were appointed to set aside a homestead to the complainant. Charles T. Everetts and Edward Nash were made defendants. It appears that these two defendants claim certain liens and mortgages on the real estate of defendant.
