This is a proceeding for contempt of this Supreme Court instituted upon a complaint on the 12th of this instant month of July by the Prosecuting Attorney. The defendant was served with a copy of the complaint, and on July 20th, the day set for the hearing, he filed his written answer. At the hearing the Prosecuting Attorney appeared and also the defendant in person and his attorneys.
