Browne and Laura S. Richardson for a construction of said will. From a decree for plaintiffs, defendant Richardson appeals.

I am unable to concur. I think this case is controlled by Robinson v. Finch, 116 Mich. 182, and Cary v. Toles, 210 Mich. 30.
