FLAUM, Circuit Judge.

Police arrested Tamica Hollingsworth and James McCotry after police searched their apartment and found marijuana and crack cocaine. A grand jury indicted McCotry for possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine (Counts One and Two) and marijuana (Count Three) in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
