This matter is before the court on appeal from the bankruptcy court's decision entered November 12, 1986. Oral argument with respect to this appeal was heard on March 6, 1987. Appellant, Direct Marketing Guaranty Trust (“DMGT”), was represented by R. Mont McDowell and the appel-lee, World Communications, Inc. (“WCI”), was represented by Weston L. Harris and Scott Dew.
