Kenny Purvis appeals his convictions for Level 6 Felony Theft, 1 Level 6 Felony Conspiracy, to Commit Theft, 2 and Level 5 Felony Corrupt Business Influence, 3 He contends that the evidence is insufficient to support his convictions and that the sentence imposed by the trial court was inappropriate. in light of the. .nature of the offenses and his character.
