In this cause the Interstate Commerce Commission files its bill against the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern Railway Company, the New York Central & Hudson River Railroad Company, the Cleveland, Cincinnati, Chicago & St. Louis Railway Company, and the Boston & Maine Railroad Company. Many other railroad companies have intervened and become defendants, subject to the order to be made herein, and answers have been filed by all of the defendant companies.
