Mickey Charles McConnell was convicted of burglary (Counts 1 and 2), financial transaction card theft (Counts 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9), and theft by receiving stolen property (Counts 7 and 8). He was sentenced as a repeat offender to serve, without the benefit of parole, consecutive twenty-year terms for each burglary, concurrent two-year terms for each credit card theft, and concurrent twelve-month terms for the remaining two charges.
