This appeal challenges the award of attorney’s fees. Appellant Fred Calvert, Jr., contends that the trial court erred in awarding attorney’s fees to appellee, the Estate of Fred Calvert, Sr., deceased. We disagree and affirm.
On October 17, 1972, Felix F. Calvert and his wife Ethyl F. Calvert, appellant’s grandparents, created an irrevocable trust known as “The Fred R.
