Tliis action was instituted in ti.e district court of Latimer county on tlie 4th day of October, 1926, by the plaintiffs in error, Godbey G. Henry and Lessie Mae Henry, as petitioners, filing their petition for a writ of habeas corpus, directed against the defendants in error, T. S. Blalack and Lula Blalack, respondents, for the possession of Thelma Louise Henry, sometimes known as Thelma Louise Blalack, aged three years, and alleged in their petition, in substance, that they are the natural father and mother of the said Thelma Louise Henry, and are entitled to the care, custody, and…
