Court of Customs and Patent Appeals.

This is an expedited interlocutory appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1292(a)(1)1 from an *50order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas granting plaintiff-appellees’ (Gilliam’s) motion for a preliminary injunction. We reverse and remand.
