GEER, Judge.
Defendant Thomas Howard Grooms, Jr. appeals from his conviction of two counts of second degree murder and possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage in the passenger area of a motor vehicle. On appeal, defendant primarily contends that the trial court erred under Rule 404(b) of the Rules of Evidence in admitting evidence of defendant’s drinking habits and of prior incidents in which defendant drank alcohol while driving.
