This is a cause in equity in which an injunction was allowed. The plaintiff, in his bill, alleges that previous to the year 1858, he and one John Snyder had various transactions in cattle; that on the 25th day of August, 1858, they had a settlement, and Plaintiff being indebted to said Snyder, on that day executed to him liis bond for §1,218 43, payable on demand; that on the 24th day of ^November, 1859, Plaintiff paid to said John Snyder §60 00, which he indorsed as a credit on the bond.
