This appeal arises from a judgment of the Circuit Court of the First Judicial District of Hinds County in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Carter Equipment Company, Inc., in an action against appellant, Trans-america Insurance Company, on its surety bond. The judgment was for an amount representing two months rent for one John Deere tractor with a “dozer” blade and “ripper” attachments furnished by appellee to the contractor, E. W.
