The court below sustained the appellee’s demurrer for want of facts to the complaint of appellant, suing as the guardian of Elizabeth Pilkerton, a person of unsound mind and widow of Jesse Pilkerton, deceased. It was alleged that she was the owner- for life of certain described land in Hamilton county, of which she, by her guardian, was in possession.
