Appellants1 appeal from a final order of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware *753County (Delaware County Court) which ordered that the dispute over the leadership of the “Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith” is to be settled by an election. We vacate and transfer.
