This is a disciplinary proceeding before this Court on an eight count amended complaint filed by the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission against the respondent in this cause. A hearing on this complaint has been conducted by a Hearing Officer appointed by this Court and the Hearing Officer has filed his findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations in this cause. Neither the re spondent nor the Disciplinary Commission have petitioned for review.
