BERMAN, District Judge.
INTRODUCTION
This is an appeal from an order of the Honorable Jeffry H. Gallet, United States Bankruptcy Judge, Southern District of New York, entered on November 9, 1998 (“Bankruptcy Court Order”). The issues before this Court are: (i) whether Jay F. Higgins and Charles Daniel Tyree (“Appellants”) have standing to appeal from the Bankruptcy Court’s Order, and (ii) whether the Bankruptcy Court abused its discretion when it granted the Bankruptcy Trustee’s motion, dated June 4, 1998. 1 For the reasons set forth below, the Court finds that Appellants do…
