In June, 1911, the district court of Cascade county, in an action entitled McIver v. Campbell et al., adjudicated the water rights in the waters of Sun River and its tributaries. That decree adjudicated rights in Lewis and Clark, Teton and Cascade counties, including the rights in the waters of Willow Creek and Little Willow Creek and their tributaries. Willow Creek and Little Willow Creek and their tributaries are all situated wholly in Lewis and Clark county.
