Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs Motion to Increase Administrative Claim (ECF No. 53). For the reasons explained below, this Motion is GRANTED.

I. Statement of Facts

On January 17, 2012, Plaintiff Batina Adkins filed the pending Complaint individually and as next friend and guardian of her minor son, Draven Robertson, alleging that certain health care providers were negligent in providing prenatal care while Ms. Adkins was pregnant with Draven.
