The District Court denied a motion of Sea-Land Services, Inc. (“Sea-Land”) for the return of various documents which Sea-Land alleges are protected by the attorney-client privilege but which were inadvertently disclosed to the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice in the course of responding to a grand jury duces tecum subpoena.
