HIGHERS, Judge.

This case involves the construction of a will left by Oliver P. Hale who died June 12, 1982.

The will, executed on January 19, 1960, provided that all debts, funeral expenses, inheritance and estate taxes be paid as general obligations of the estate. To his son, John Oliver Hale, the testator left “all farm lands or interests therein which I may own at my death, together with all farming equipment, implements and livestock or my interest therein located thereon, and also my interest in Gibson Gin & Mill Company....” The testator bequeathed to his daughter, Alice Jane McFarland,…
