DOMENGEAUX, Judge.
Plaintiff C. Edward Karst brings this appeal from a judgment dismissing his action which attacked a judgment which had been previously rendered against him.
Karst originally filed suit against Joe E. Fryar seeking a money judgment on the basis of a settlement agreement and other business activities allegedly entered into between himself and Fryar. Fryar, alleging that the settlement agreement was obtained through fraud, reconvened, and demanded the return of all monies paid to plaintiff as a result of the settlement agreement.
