This is a bill in equity against the defendants mentioned by name and all other officers and members of the Boston district council of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, and the officers and members of the local unions. The United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, a voluntary labor organization, will be herein referred to as the brotherhood. It is subdivided into local unions which are also voluntary associations.
