In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendants 98 Meserole Street, LLC, and Rosa Rosero appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Baily-Schiffman, J.), dated August 14, 2013, as granted those branches of the plaintiffs motion which were for summary judgment on the complaint, to strike the affirmative defenses, and for an order of reference, and denied their cross motion, inter alia, to dismiss the complaint.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
