Robert Elmore, Cynthia Griffith, Nancy E. Demmery, James R. Hayes, and Pamela E. Hayes (collectively “Elmore”) timely appeal after the trial court granted partial final summary judgment on Counts I and II of their sixth amended complaint in favor of Broward County and Florida Power & Light (“FP&L”).
