JUNELL, Justice.
This is an appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of Ted McMorrough dismissing an equitable bill of review brought by the former Mrs. McMorrough, Beverly Rylee, to set aside the property settlement agreement entered in their di*651vorce proceeding. Mrs. Rylee contends the trial court erred in granting the summary judgment because McMorrough failed to meet his burden of proof that there were no material questions of fact raised by the summary judgment evidence and because the summary judgment was granted prior to completion of discovery. We affirm.
