Dixie Machine, Welding Metal Works, Inc., brought this suit against Milton P. Boulet, doing business as Boulet Transportation Company, alleging that, as the result of an oral agreement made with an authorized representative of Boulet, it made certain repairs to the boom of a hoisting crane belonging to Boulet; that a fair price for the work, $195.67, had been charged, and that Boulet had failed and refused to pay for the said work.
