Helmick, and the Defendant, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, on appeal of the General District Court’s denial of Plaintiffs claim that Defendant had breached its medical expense coverage agreement by paying amounts due her directly to the healthcare provider rather than to the Plaintiff.
