Plaintiff has filed a motion for rehearing or, in the alternative, to transfer to court en. banc.

Plaintiff says that the opinion sets aside the established rule in this State that: ‘ ‘ Generally speaking, a minor is no more responsible for his representations than he is for his deed,” stressing the eases mentioned in this paragraph.
