Appellant, T.S.W., timely appeals the order finding him guilty, but withholding adjudication of delinquency for carrying a concealed weapon in violation of section 790.001, Florida Statutes (2009). The issue before us is whether the trial court erred in denying Appellant’s Motion for Judgment of Dismissal after concluding that the knife appellant carried was not a common pocketknife.
