This action was brought by the defendant in error, plaintiff below, against the plaintiff in error, defendant below, and they will be designated as they appeared in the lower court.
Plaintiff alleges he shipped a carload of property over the lines of the -St. Louis & S. F. Railway Company, the property consisting of some livestock in one end of the car and household goods in the other end of the car.
