Appellant Russell Parker was convicted of manslaughter by a jury following his trial for murder in the first degree. For reversal he alleges that the trial court erred when it denied his motion for a directed verdict and when it refused to call Rosemary Tones as the court’s witness. A review of the proceedings and evidence indicates that there was no error.
