We have before us the appeals of Carmen Graziano, filed to no. 280, Commonwealth Docket, 1955, Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, and Anthony Ferrante, filed to no. 281, Commonwealth Docket, 1955, Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, as a result of the action of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission, which revoked the license of each appellant to act as a manager of boxers.
