PATTERSOH, District Judge.

The application is to punish the bankrupt for contempt. The question relates to the sufficiency of the service of the orders of the court. After a proceeding of which the bankrupt had notice and in which he regularly appeared, the court ordered him to turn over certain books to the trustee in bankruptcy. A copy of the order was served on his attorney. There having been no compliance, the court issued an order for the bankrupt to show cause why he should not be punished for contempt.
