Plaintiff-Appellant Aric Evans (“Appellant”) appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment on his claims of race discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VTI”),. 42 U.S.C. § 2000e ■ et seq. and 42 U.S.C.. § 1981 (“ § 1981”) and for overtime compensation under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. For the reasons set forth, we reverse and remand.
