Harris v. National Loan Co.

This is an appeal from the district court of Pontotoc county, Okla., by Sam Harris and Lena Harris, who are defendants. The said court refused to vacate the order appointing a receiver, who was appointed upon the application of the National Loan Company, the plaintiff. The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the lower court.
