This is the second appearance of this case before us, contesting the denial of appellant Allen’s applications for a stay of the proceedings under the Soldiers’ & Sailors’ Civil Relief Act of 1940 (50 USCA 521) in a paternity action brought by appellee Howard. In the first instance, Allen brought a direct appeal from the trial court’s refusal to stay the proceedings, and based upon the record then, we affirmed the denial of the stay. Allen v.
