Mary Sue Goreschak and Charlette Maddi (“Appellants”) appeal the decree entered June 14, 2016, in the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County, that denied Appellants’ petition for appeal from the Register of Wills’ decision to admit to probate a duplicate original of the Last Will and Testament of Charles F. Maddi (Decedent), their father.
