Appellant L. R. Davis was sheriff of Christian county, Kentucky, for the years 1902, 1903, 1904 and 1905. On the 8th day of October, 1903, he made settlement with O. H. Anderson, commissioner, for the revenues and taxes collected by him for the year *3361902; on the 5th day of October, 1904, he made a like settlement with the same commissioner for the'year ■1903;.on the 4th day of October, 1905, he made a like settlement with the same commissioner for the year 1904.
