Pablo Chavarria appeals his conviction of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute contending that the trial court erred in failing to excuse two prospective jurors for cause and in failing to allow him to produce evidence at a hearing held pursuant to Batson v. Kentucky. For the reasons set forth below, Chavarria’s conviction is affirmed.
