Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Eidens, J.), rendered November 25, 1998, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of promoting prostitution in the third degree.
Defendant was charged with two counts of promoting prostitution in the third degree based upon allegations that dancers employed at an adult entertainment establishment owned and operated by defendant were providing sexual services to customers in exchange for money.
