On December 11, 2018, the Court heard Max and Lori Christian's Motion to Determine the Validity of a Claimed Assignment by Happy State Bank in Life Insurance Policy.1 By this motion, the Christians ask that the Court order Happy State Bank (HSB) to formally release an assignment of a life insurance policy that secured the Christians' loan with the bank.
