MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

SOTOMAYOR, District Judge.

The Fourth Amendment erects around each of us a barrier against governmental intrusion, shielding against “unreasonable searches and seizures” and mandating that “no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation.” To deter conduct violative of the Fourth Amendment, and thereby to secure and safeguard the precious rights that it guarantees, courts have developed the exclusionary rule.
