King Resources Company originally requested transfer of nine actions 1 in which it is named defendant to the District of Colorado for coordinated or consolidated pretrial proceedings pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1407. Subsequently, another common defendant in this litigation, Timothy G. Lowry, moved for the inclusion of an additional action, Joseph N. Morell v. John M.
