This 'is an original action filed in this court by the plaintiffs, praying for a writ of mandamus directed to the defendants, constituting the State Election Board of the state of Oklahoma, commanding them to place the names of said plaintiffs upon the ballot for the November, 1932, general election as candidates for the Socialist party for the office of presidential and vice presidential electors. Plaintiffs allege in their petition that they are residents and voters of the state of Oklahoma, and that M. Shadid and Seigfried Amerin-ger are the chairman and secretary of said Socialist party…
