Plaintiff John Cicchetti’s appeal raises questions relating to workplace discrimination claims that are both novel and complex. The first calls upon this Court to consider the effect, if any, that a law enforcement job applicant’s failure to disclose an expunged conviction has on his subsequent complaint based on claims of workplace discrimination and hostile work environment.
