The Boston Housing Authority (BHA) provides housing assistance to Annie Griffin, a participant in the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program. In January, 2015, the BHA proposed to terminate Griffin's housing subsidy based on three alleged violations of her Section 8 "family obligations."
