Appellants Herdrich Petroleum Corporation, WhyNot Group, Inc., Jan Hackle-man, William J. Herdrich, Jeff Herdrich, and Robert Herdrich (collectively “Herd-rich”) and Shell Oil Company (“Shell Oil”) 1 appeal from a trial court order allowing Dennis Dixon and Kimberly Dixon, individually and as parents of Brittany and Casey Dixon (“Dixons”), and Samuel Creech, Terri Paddock, and Byron Close (“Employees”) 2 to intervene in a dismissed case.
