ROSS, Senior Circuit Judge.

Steve Richard Frondle appeals from his sentencing in the district court 1 under the United States Sentencing Guidelines (USSG). We affirm.

On September 1, 1989, Frondle pled guilty to one count of possession with intent to distribute approximately one kilogram of cocaine and to one count of conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute 500 grams of cocaine from 1985 to March 1988. The district court held a sentencing hearing on December 19, 1989, for which Frondle subpoenaed various witnesses to contest allegations in the Presentence Investigation Report (PSIR)…
